Loop System
There is a Hearing Loop in reception for use by people with hearing aids and the building has been designed and decorated to make it easier for people with visual problems. We have a disabled toilet and baby change facilities.

E4 Primary Care Network (PCN) Enhanced Access Appointments

If you are registered with Churchill Medical Centre, you can now access additional evening and weekend appointments with a range of healthcare professionals, including GPs, Nurses, First Contact Physiotherapists, Phlebotomists, and more thanks to our E4 PCN Enhanced Access Service.

We understand that attending appointments during standard opening hours isn’t always convenient. That’s why we offer flexible appointment times that may better suit your schedule. These appointments are not limited to urgent matters and are available to all patients registered with a GP practice within the E4 Primary Care Network.

Enhanced Access Appointment Times:
Monday to Friday: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Appointments are available by booking only (no Walk in’s available) and are held at the following location:

Appointments are delivered by local clinicians who have access to your medical records, ensuring safe, continuous, and personalised care.

How to Book:
During Practice Hours:
Call your usual GP practice and request an appointment with the E4 PCN Extended Access Service.

When the Practice is Closed
Call your usual GP practice number and you will be connected to our automated booking service.

Chaperones
You may request a suitably trained chaperone for any appointment, procedure, test or examination. Friends and family are not permitted to act as chaperones.

Both male and female clinical team members work within the service, if you have a preference, please ensure you discuss this when you book your appointment.
