Important information about the coronavirus (Covid-19)


Stay at home if you have either : 

*  a  high temperature - this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature )

*  a new , continueous cough - this means coughing a lot for more than an hour , or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours ( if you usually have a cough , it may be worse than usual.)

* Loss of taste or smell

Do Not go to a GP surgery , pharmacy or hospital .

Use the 111 online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need medical help and advise you what to do.

Compulsory Face coverings

From 24/7/20 it will be compulsory to wear a face covering in all shops and public transport.  We will not be providing any patients with an exemption certificate or letter. If you feel that you should be exempt from wearing a face covering please click Here to print an exemption card.

  • If your employer has asked you to provide a medical certificate relating to absence from work relating to the current Covid-19 pandemic (Coronavirus) the practice is unable to do this.  We suggest that you print out, complete and give a copy of the letter to your employer.
